Jefferson's Oceans Voyage 17 & Oil - The Original 8x10

This peice was the original peice that started the concept of painting with the actual spirits.  I was drinking my favorite Jefferson's Oceans while messing around durring covid lockdown and it came to me...what if I... and that was how it started.  I feel an even closer bond to this spirit because of that as it was born in a similar fashion.  
This piece is part of a private collection in Sarasota, FL.  100% of the proceeds of this painting were donated to Ocearch - the organization that tags the sharks durring shark week and the original vessel that housed the first barrels of Jefferson's Oceans.  I'm proud to have been able to create something that represents the essence of bourbon to me.  This piece will allways hold a special place in my heart and I hope the current owners enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.
